The electric wheel isn't just a fad - it's tomorrow's mode of travel. At Le Grand Huit we love all that is alternative to the car for getting from one place to another. We also love all that tests our balance and posture and the ability to get around town with a great sense of freedom.

Of course we have tried out lots of different models since our launch in 2012. Some have stayed in the garage. In contrast, we adore the electric wheel and have become its pionneers and would like to share this enthusiasm with you.

Do you remember the first time you rode a bicycle and the feelings of joy? Your eyes shone with excitement.... it's this memory that we strive to re-create for you. What's more, learning how to ride the electric wheel doesn't take longer than learning to ride a bike.

Going to work every day, going to the shops, popping out for some air near your flats, looking good in the pedestrian precinct - we love all these on an electric wheel!

At Le Grand Huit we are already champions at teaching Stand Up Paddle without falling off, the only ones in France to teach you how to ride a Penny Farthing, or a tandem for eight people...so we hope, thanks to you , to become masters in learning how to use the electric wheel.

We guarantee that in two X thirty minute sessions you will get to grips with this model: starting , turning, and stopping with elegance .. and without falling!

We suggest you come along alone or with a group to try it out.

An individual lesson costs 55 Euros and lasts for an hour.

A small group session for 2 to a maximum of 4 people costs 35 Euros each.
